We live in a really loud world. Of course, it's physically loud, but it's also metaphorically loud. Everything wants our attention! Yet, we were designed for rhythms of quiet. God created rest into the fabric of the universe and when we look at the habits of Jesus, we notice he often retreated to be alone with his Father.
