Arborway Building Use

Arborway Community Church’s facilities have been provided through God’s benevolence and by the sacrificial generosity of church members. The church desires that its facilities be used for the fellowship of the Body of Christ and always to God’s glory. Although the facilities are not generally open to the public, we make facilities available to approved non-member persons and groups as a witness to our faith, in a spirit of Christian charity, and as a means of demonstrating the Gospel of Jesus Christ in practice.

Church Conferences

We have hosted church conferences and services in our building. Our space is well equipped to be used for this type of event.

Meals, Events, and Trainings

Arborway's space is good for a medium sized event. The building can hold up to 50 people for a meal, and up to 125 for an event.

Our Spaces

Auditorium

Our auditorium offers a spacious and versatile setting, comfortably accommodating up to 125 guests in rows. Outfitted with cutting-edge sound and video technology, it’s the ideal venue for a wide range of events—from conferences to church services, worship nights, weddings, rehearsals, concerts, and large community outreach initiatives. Need a space for a meal? Our auditorium can also be transformed into a dining area, seating over 50 people around tables, making it perfect for banquets or catered gatherings.

The Mezzanine

Our mezzanine space is good for more intimate events of 30 or less. It is outfitted with a flat screen TV for your presentations. It's a great area to host a small meal or training.

Kids Space

If your event needs an area for childcare, this is the perfect space. It's already outfitted with toys and is plenty large enough for 15-20 children. It also has a projector, HDMI connection, and DVD player. This is also a space where a meal can be held. It easily holds 15-20 people around tables. There is also a small nursery across the hallway available for use.

Kitchen

Our kitchen can be used to warm up food or cook a meal. It has a stove, two ovens, refrigerator, and large sink. It has been used to cook meals for up to 50 people. You will need to provide your own kitchen pots, pans, and utensils.

Arborway's Building and Handicap Accessibility

We regret that our building is not handicap accessible. When it was built over 120 years ago, things like that were not taken into account. There is one flight of steps to reach the building, and a few more steps to get inside. While we are exploring ways to make it handicap accessible, there is currently nothing in the works.
