The Right Side Up Kingdom

It's hard for me to believe my family has lived in Boston for over six years (The second longest place I have ever lived), and our church is five years old today! That's right, this church in Jamaica Plain began in the Curley K-8 auditorium five years ago. Tomorrow is a really special day as we celebrate five years of God's goodness with worship of Jesus through music, the Word, communion, and cupcakes (Yes, you can worship while eating a cupcake!). Plus, everyone who attends tomorrow will receive a small gift to help you in your walk with Jesus.

I'm also super amped up for our new sermon series! We're looking at the greatest and most important sermon ever preached. The contents of this sermon would shape civilization and societies for millennia. Tomorrow we focus in on how upside down Jesus' kingdom seems to us... turns out, it only looks upside down because we're upside down. Jesus's way was always the right one. Worship with us tomorrow as Jesus helps us see the world from his perspective and live life like it was meant to be.
